I have been on my H1 for almost 2 years now and am thinking of filing for GC.
I was on an F1 before that. I have no idea about this process.
I work for an American consulting firm and would like to get help from you guys with this new PERM process.
If I start my GC processing, does that mean I have to be with my current employer until I get my GC?
Heard there are some ways to get around and get your GC quicker...any tips on that?
Does it help if I my uncle and aunt are US citizens?
Do I qualify to file under EB2? have an MS and almost 2+ yrs work exp.
Can you guys tell me where to begin? Is this a good time to start filing for my GC? Any good lawyers in the Northern VA -DC metro area?
