Need for I797 approval to book the appointment..

Hi,

Do any of you know if we need to have I797 approval document to book an appointment for H1B revalidation in India?

Do we need to fill in any information like SRC number from the I797 approval inorder get an appointment.

I appreaciate your help in advance.
