My LC was approved in Mar07.I made a mistake when applying my LC.
My H1 is valid with company XYZ was 01/31/2005. when applying my LC under PERM process in work experience sectoin I enter the wrong date for ending the Job as 12/09/2005 instead of 12/09/2004.
which shows I have worked for company XYZ with out valid H1for around 11 months. But I have a valid H1 with another company ABC from 12/05/2004 to 12/04/2007.
How to correct this mistake? Is there any possibility to request INS while applying 140 or do I need to reapply for LC correction?
