I need some expert advice. Here is my situation.
Currently working for Company A under H1B which expires June 2003
I-485 Processed through company B . Got Fingerprinting done and interview completed, but approval is pending.
My EAD expires Feb 2003 and have not utilized it yet
Q1 - what is my status as of now (H1 or ????)
Q1.1 - is my H1B from company A still valid
Q2 - Can I continue to work for company A on the current H1B till
I get the physical card in possession
Q3 - In the event of not receiving the GC before June 2003, what options do I have to keep my legal status and stay in the country legally after the expiry?
Q3.1 - Will I need to extend my current H1B status for another year (part of question 3)
