I got both my Ph.D. in MEEG and MS in ELEG in 2000. Now I am working in a nuclear company, which is the #2 nuclear company in the US. The job description is Safety Analysis, which ensures the safe operation of a nuclear power plant that will not pose undue risks to the public safety and health.
Currently I have about 2 journal paper, several conference papers and conference presentations. I got some awards in the universities and company. Since I am now working in the nuclear industry, I have several licenses.
I can get the recommendation letter from my company (direct manager & company engr VP), my advisors (my advisor in home country is an academician). I will try to get some references from the state government agency and some subject experts in my working areas.
I am planning to submit a petition by myself. Please help me evaluate the chance that my case can get approved. By the way, my company is applying the Labor Certificate right now. But the case is still in the state due to severe backlog. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
