From this board, I get impress that I should use EAD to work after using AP enter US. But my lawyer insisted that it is not true any more. I should still use my H1 as my work permit. Is it the new policy or I misunderstand something here?
Do you know INS web site or any official site that I can found out the rules about this issue.
Need to travel out of country soon, got AP, but no EAD since lawyer said it is not necessary.
Any input would be very appreciated,
