Need correct automated phone no. for VSC

Hi,
I have tried calling VSC at 1-800-375-5283 but after selecting all
the correct options it puts me on hold saying that the call will be
anwsered in the order it was received. Looks like it is transferring
me to an IIO.
All I need is to check is if the automated message for me has changed from
"case not found" to anything meaningful.

Any suggestions....
