Need contact number of CIC

Hi All,
I need to talk with customer service/ any such service from CIC. Does anybody know some number where I can talk with a person and not a machine?

There is no number to talk customer service. If you need to contact them just do it Fax then they will get back to you.
Before it was there but they removed that service...
