Need Clarifications on NOF

Hi,

i read the previous threads on NOF , still need something spelled out for me.

What exactly is the procedure when u get NOF?

After getting the NOF lets say my lawyer sends in the explainations. Then,

1. how long before DOL / CO makes the decision?

2. After the explaination was sent if LC is rejected, do i have to wait for 6 months and restart the whole process??

3. If (2) is so then when does the case gets remanded back to state?

4. If remanded to state , then what would be date on the case for processing? The one on which it intially was applied(say some 2 yrs ago) or when it was sent back to State??

Usually within a month

Yes. Or you can appeal.

Denied means you are done. Remended to state doesn't means that LC application is rejected/denied.

4. If remanded to state , then what would be date on the case for processing? The one on which it intially was applied(say some 2 yrs ago) or when it was sent back to State??
Usually state right away starts looking/working on the cases sent back to them by regional DOL.
