Can someone please clarify a couple of things for me.
Since my I140 is approved, and my 485 has been pending for more than 180 days, I will most probably change my current employment since it looks a little shaky anyway..
1. Is there a chance that the company can revoke the approved I140? In such a case, what happens to my 485? is still a valid application? I think that the revocation should not affect my 485, but not 100% completely sure. Can someone please clarify me on this. and is there any memo on this?
2. My company has been sponsoring my GC so far..and applying for my EAD and AP renewal. If I leave them, can I apply for any future renewals by myself?
3. I am on EB3..Does this affect the above situation?
4. As far as I know, AC21 can be used by EB3 candidates also, am I right?
I need some advice on these matters. Any suggestions are helpful..Any future steps that I take depends on these things..Since my 485 approval does not seem to be close by, I need to change job as soon as possible.
