Need clarification on I-140

I’ve used a substitute Labor and filed my case at NSC. Below are my details

In the Labor cert form column 14, under College column it says Grad, under College Degree required column it says Masters and under major field of study column it says Any field. And lastly required experience is 3 yrs .

I’ve done an education evaluation and got an Equivalent of Masters in Business Administration in US.(without using any of my experience ). I’ve 5 yrs of experience(including US + IND) and I also have experience in the same designation/title
Of the person I’ve substituted my labor.

But the consultant whose Labor I’m substituting has 4 yr degree and masters, but I’ve 3 yrs degree and Masters from India. What are the chances of getting my 140 cleared without any RFE’s. If NSC comes up with RFE’s what are the potential RFE’s I might get.
