Need check list for DS-230

Hi There,
I am about to send DS-230, but I did not receive bar code sheet over e-mail yet. But I have one from the online that I have paid the IV bill. Can I send that or Do I have to wait until they send the Bar code sheet.
Also will you please let me know the check list for DS-230.

I think you need to wait and re-log in IV visa Fee Online payment System again. Once they processed your payment Online, the payment status will "PAID" once it says paid then you will have option to click and print on COVER Page. You need this and also receipt of payment with payment status- Paid.... good luck
