Need AVM # to call for CSC

Hi,
  My wife has received her FP notice ...but I have not.
Local INS = San Jose
RD = 8/27
ND =9/10
WAC = 01-280xxxx

I heard that I could call the AVM to find out my status ...
Could someone please provide me with the Number ( is it (949) 831 8427 - if so ..it never seems to work) and whats the timings at which I can call.

The last RD that got FP notice at San Jose in Pcee\'s list ...

...was for 8/20 ...but my wife\'s RD is 8/27 ...just as mine.

preferably anytime after 9:00PM PST, since the AVM seems to get updated around that time.
 
Is (949) 831 8427 the AVM # ?

Or is it something else for Laguna Niguel CSC ..?

This one just keeps giving me an engaged sound and not in service /not available kind of tone any time of day or night.

Someone please confirm ...I plan to call in the night after hours.
