need attorney for ac140?

guys does one need an attorney for ac140 process or can one do it by themselves?

AC140 means "Attorney Certified 140". So without attorney's involvement can there be AC140?? I am not sure 100 percent, but logicl and plain reading of the term stipulates the necessisty of an Attorney.

AC 140 is Attorney Certified I-140 . Involvement of attorney is
mandatory.
