Hi, I am currently on F1 visa and studying in community coole( though i am an MBA) for maitaining ma leagal status i have to do it. My wife is a GC holder scince may 2003. i have also applied for part time opt because my dso says she can not approve me ead on hardship bassis. my question is is there anything i can do from escaping this F1 visa to any other, i am also trying to get job , but i dont want to take next smester any more because i am tired for doing all thiese things now and every day comes with menet pain. is there any law that i can stop to going school or atleat to pay out of state tution fee.my i 130 is in process. and i applied it in march 2003, i also got a letter from ins to send some evdence to prove i130 and i have sent them those but after that i didnt here anything from them.
