Help! I have a 10 year multiple entry b1/b2 visa. I entered the US in January 2003 for the purpose of checking and applying to colleges. My student loan was denied and I had to defer registration for the fall. My I-94 expired on July of 2003. Prior to its expiration I went to the consulate and stood in line for 3 hrs to apply for an extention and was told to mail it in. Foolishly I ignored it since everyone was saying that I would be denied and now I am still here and I fear that I have jeopardized my chances of studying in the US. I've been wanting to leave but fear they will not accept me back......WHAT IS MY BEST OPTION>>>>HELP!!!!!
