Need approx time for labor cleared

I have been reading this forum for sometime. Thank you folks for all the information. Got tons of information from this forum.

Need help about dates. I submitted my Labor to SESA on Sep 24th which got forwarded to DOL on March 23rd 2004.

As of now DOL is processing Nov 26th. What would be a tentative date before DOL picks up my case. My case is filed under RIR software engineer category.I still do not have my dot code or DOL case number or it does not show in AVM yet.

All depends on which DOL (region) your case is & how fast that DOL is working on applications. say DOL is clearing cases received in a month in one month time period you will be waiting for about 4 months and so on..
 
IL SESA and DOL

I tried posting in IL forum. I have submitted in IL state. Does anyone have any idea on the state processing time.

As it is now in DOL, post it in Chicago DOL thread. There are very helpful people - someone will surely help you.

By the way Chocago DOL is vertually stopped moving(still working on Nov 2003 for last 2-3 months or so), expect any movement on your case after Jun 2004(earliest).
