Need Approved LC !!!!

My I-140 got declined and my lawyer applied for motion to reopen in the month of Jan ’03. I did not hear about the case whether they granted motion to reopen or decline. It is still pending. My main issues is, I am on my 7th yr extension and it is going to expired
Next month. I am planning to apply for my 8th yr extension based on the I-140B case, and the attorney suggested to apply at the end so that, BCIS have chances to get my 8th yr approval with out any complications.
One more thing he suggested is, Apply with any approved LC from any company I-140 and I-485 (which has to match to my skills) before my H1B expires. So that I no need to apply for my 8th yr.

Any suggestions in my case and I am looking for any Company with approved LC can file my I-140 and I-485. I will be on board with the company from the day 1.

My advice is you need post your qualifications, so any perspective employers having approved LC can decide whether you are a qualifed candidate or not before contacting you.
