Need AP asap

My company will require me to go out of the country in Jan and I am applying this week to AP. My current AP is valid till Dec and I was hoping to get some time before I can leave.

Can somebody tell me what are the documents to apply for AP again and if there is a way to speed this process up ? Do I have to take the adit pictures again ?
