Hi Everyone to this useful forum,
I am a Canadian citizen. My Parents and two sisters are Americans.
I want to apply E-2 (Investor visa) for USA.
My brother in law has a 12,00,000 US$ Business with one partner.They want to include me as a third partner.Can I get a E2 visa in this case? E2 visa can make any effect on my current Immigrant visa petition,which is alredy filed by my father many years ago?
Please advice me in this matter ASAP.
