Need advise?

I filed my 485 on Oct 29th, 2003. I got my EAD and renewed also. Waiting for 140...My H1B expires next month. I planned to not apply for H1B extension. Please advise guys...is that okay? or I should apply for H1B extension? Thanks.

you must apply for h1 extension. Listen nothing is for sure in this process.It is in your best interest to do this. Why did you not apply 6 months before expiration of h1?????? What was your logic for not doing this?
