Need Advise : Spouse geen card

Hi All,

Due to unavoidable(financial) reasons i have filed my I-140 and I-485 without my spouse details . she is on her H4 status as of now . My I-140/I-485 are still pending . how late can i file for my spouse green card before its too late ?
