hi - here's my situation:
* my LC was filed about 7 months ago (RIR if it matters) and i'm waiting on the 45-day letter
* h1-b has 1 year left for the 6 yr limit to expire
* i want to move to a different group within the sponsoring company, however, to a different location.
my lawyer says h1-b should be amended for the new location, however, they are not sure that the LC can be handled similarly. has anyone been through anything similar? if so, i would appreciate if you tell me how you or your lawyer handled it. is it an option to cancel the pending LC application and start a new one?
