Need advise...
I have my labor(Mar '06) and 140 approved as for future employment purpose...
But now the company I am working for currently applied for labor(Feb' 04) and got approved and planning to file 140 and 485.
In Part 4 of I 140 form, there is a question asking:
6. Has any immigrant visa petetion ever filed by or on behalf of this person? if yes provide details...
My question is Is there any way I can avoid disclosing to my present employer about the previous approved 140?
Does it create any issues ?
