Need Advise/Input

Hi,

My I-485 was approved in april 2001 and got stamped in July 2001. I have not received my PR card yet.

My client has offered me a permanent position and my current employer has no problems with me accepting the offer. My question is whether I will have any problems down the line (when applying for citizenship) and also since I have not received my PR card yet will my accepting the position with the client hinder the PR card in anyway.

Please advise.

Arrival of plastic does not change your PR status which is since I485 approval.
8 months with sponsor is *probably* enough wait.
