Need advise..FP in Oakland CA

I have FP\'ing on 04/05/2001 (Next week) in Oakland INS office (in california). The appointment time is 10 AM. Do I need to be there exactly by 10AM and go directly for finger printing or do I need to show up early and pickup my number (is finger printing separate queue). Any suggestions about showing up at INS office for finger printing.
