I am little confused,please advice what should i do i was
sponcered by an rest as an indian chef during the clinton's
new life act extension.I got my ead last july.my I140
was approved nov-2002.My AOS has been pending since
Dec-2002.My eadwas jul-2002.
But my employer has been paying me in cash
since i got my ead.I never got an pay slip yet.Since it's been an year i am planing 2 change employer.The new employer will
pay by check same job discreption.i am not sure what should i
do for the W2 OF LAST YR.any suggetion pls let me know.
Do i have 2 inform the job change now r
should i wait for an rfe.
And the new job is in an different city,But
the same service center.is that going to be an problem.
