Please give me advice

I have applied I-485 06/01/2007 with approved I-140( AD march 2006) in EB3 PD is Nov/2002 .I am from India. Actaully I started EB2 Labor for porting priority date in Feb 2007 and also Labor got approved in May 2007. When Attroney was ready to file new I-140, June visa bulletin came and we applied I-485 with old labor.

I am bit worrying about coming Retrogression for Eb3. Please give some advice in this situation.

as i am in the same boat after today's you should apply I-140 and 485 for EB2 if you want to wait for EB3 you have have to wait for almost 4 more years.
secondly you got mistak which you did not filed 140 and 485

Yes , I did a mistake. I had a chance to apply I-140 in preminum prcoessing that time.I am seriously thinking of apply new I-140 now.
