Hi Guys-I had a question in regards to my residency permit.It got approved a month back and recently I received my passport with the visa.I also received some papers mentinoning that I need to go to Toronto where i will have to fill out some papers for my residency card.Now I live in CA and would like to go to Vancouver instead as it is closer to my CA.Is it possible for me to there instead of Toronto.
