I filed my 140 and 485 on Nov 03 in EB2.
140 Approved on July 05
Change my company without 140 approved
My first company is closeting on Sep 05.


When I change the company I am not filed my AC21 application.
Now my new company filing my EAD renuwal.
Ead renuval is enough or I need file AC21 also..

EAD renewal is not related to company... No where U mention the company name .. U can do it Urself online...

U can change the company without AC21 .. but U have to be lucky ...
1> U should not get any RFE .. requesting any company details..
2> Ur previous company should not take steps to revoke Ur 140 ..

It is better U send then a letter about the change in company and the all other required documents for AC21... Atleast U are protected and all the company related RFE will be directed towards Ur new company.
