I used to work for comany A from Jan 2003 to Dec 2003
and found the next project with company B and worked from Jan 2004 to Feb 2005.
Now I want to go back and join company A.
Do I have to again transfer the H1B.

You mean I need to transfer my H1B back to company A (so company A needs to file my H1B).

I have another question, will that be any problem for Green card processing that company A has applied for my H1B twice.
