i have been in the us for 15 years...my mother never took it upon her to apply for a green card. i am now married to a permanent resident and own a company...was wondering what would be the easiest way to apply for a green card .....LC or Marriage (wife has applied for citizenship within the past week)

If your company is hiring a few USC/GC holder (and is sufficiently large (~1million, but depends on the region), you can file GC as an entrepreneur... GC through marriage is slow when the petitioner is a GC holder.

Consult a good immigration lawyer for your best chances..
