I have done MS computers in 2004,India. Immediately applied for an MS/MBA in US during 2004/2005, My VISA got Rejected 6 times in chennai.
All the times i was rejected and given a 240(b), Potential Immigrant. The officer told me I dont have any experience to join an MBA program.
Currently I have 4+ years of experience and last year got my B1 VISA stamped from Delhi.
I have applied for F1 again, My I-20 is on the way.
I am currently working in pune, could you please advice it is better to go for F1 Interview in Delhi or Mumbai.
Is it mandatory that because my current residence is Pune I should go to mumbai consulate only?
Last year when i went to Delhi for B1, I was a resident of Pune, but due to an emergency VISA requirement i was sent to Delhi by my company and I was indeed lucky to get my B1 Stamped there.
Though have a B1 I never visited USA.
My main doubt here is about the chances of getting F1 stamped, which is better - Mumbai or Delhi?
