I was in removal, but the judge terminated the removal. I moved to another state before the interview. So when i had my interview the officier told me he wanted to approve me but didn't have my file cause the ice didn't send it. So he told me to wait 2 weeks to receive my card. A month after my lawyer did infopass they told him. They received the file to wait 2 weeks and if i dont receive anything to go back. Now it been a month, and i asked my lawyer to go back. He told me atlanta is far behind to wait 2 to 3 months. That infospass wont help now. My question are: is that truth what is telling me? Should i wait or do infospass again? Does anyone has same case like me. Please help as soon as possible.
