Hello United Nation,

I need to get some important information from you or if someone else knows this, can also reply me. Here is what I would like to know.

I have applied my Labor in EB2 in Jan 2002 from NJ and EB3 in July 1st 2003 from IL from the same emplyer.

I got the labor approval from IL first and applied the I-140 and I-485 and right now I am working on EAD for past 2 years.

As you know that PD of EB3 will take long time and at this moment my EB2 labor has also approved so, Is there any way I can change my PD without disturbing my GC process. What I found out from someone that I don't have to file the 140/485 again, I would have to notify the NCS that I am using EB2 labor and they can transfer the case to VSC without applying the 140/485 again. Is this possible? If not what is the best way to use my EB2 approved labor to avoid long wait..

These 2 labors were filed from the same employer for me.

Please let me know..

Thanks a bunch!!

Thanks ~ hopeofgc

But my case is different then what UN was talking about..I have applied I-485 too. In his discussion he mentioned if I-140 is approved then you can switch the PD's..

I still don't have the exact answer for my question!!
