I had applied for a H1 transfer about 9 months ago, which got denied just today (company related denial). In the meantime my I-94 has also expired. I have an H1 approval from another company done using consular processing. I would be going to India shortly for my visa revalidation.
I need to know if I will have problems getting my visa stamped since I have inadvertently accrued out-of-status time from the time my I-94 expired to now when my visa was denied.
Looking forward to any information I can get.
