Need advice regarding RFE

Hi Guys,

I just got RFE in my AVM. However, wife\'s AVM remains the same.

My case type is EB2 based on NIW (didn\'t go through labor certificate). Do you think what evidences INS would likely ask?

Please input your advice if you had similar situation. Thanks in advance.

Probably just routine

Probably they\'re just asking questions regarding your birth certificate and/ or your job. Those are the two commonest RFE topics.
