Need advice / opinions on job change

Hello All,

Here is my status: PD Dec 2002 (EB3, India), have EAD and AP; Spouse on H4 (due to retro, couldn't file 485). Filed H1 for my spouse; if everything goes fine, she should be able to start working from Oct. 2006.

I am considering to look for jobs in a different company.
What are my options?
what kind of problems will I face from my current employer?
Does my current employer have to provide any kind of documentation to the new employer?

I am counting you gurus/experts and anyone in the same situation for answers.

180days passed then it safe to move

If you have already passed 180 days after 1-485 filing , you can move new company. If your I-140 approved then you wont get any problems with current employer .
