My wife's AP was approved yesterday.

RFE 01/04
Approved 01/28/04

FP 02/03

I am seeing a lot of activities in the 2001 timeframe. So I am wondering if its a good time to plan a trip to India. In case we get an RFE or Approval notice, how much time do we have to respond?

Also my current FP will be expiring in 05/04. When should I request for the next FP?
 
Hi needgcnow. Can you please advise how long it took from the time you submitted your I-140 for your AP RFE until your AP was approved.

I have some urgent travel in the next few weeks and my I-140 was sent in to answer the RFE and they received it yesterday. How long do you think it will be for my AP approval????
