We've got RFEs for Biography info and employment authorizations in US.
Here is my question:
My husband changed his employer a year ago, but the petitioning employer offer still exists. His new job has the same title and in the same field. We need to mention his employment change in the bio.
He was not asked to submit EVL, but I'm afraid that listing his new job in the bio will trigger another RFE for EVL or something like that.
What can be done so it will not trigger another RFE?
