So this is the brief histor:
1. I was working in Company A from 2010 to 2022.
2. I got L1b in 2022 and went to USA in May 2022 from Company A.
3. In Nov 2024, Company A got split. One division got merged to Compay B and another one formed new company called Company C.
4. I became part of Compoany C from Nov 2024
5. My L1b visa was expiring in March 2025, so my company(Company C) renewed it in April 2025.
6. Due to some reasons i had to resign from the company and come back to India. Even though my L1b got renewed, i was not able to do stamping in my passport.
7. I am rejoining Company C in Aug 2025. When i asked HR, they told that my previous L1 is cancelled.
Considering the above situation, can any one please confirm If Company C, would be able to reapply L1b as fast as Dec 2025 for me ? I read somewhere that as my L1 was done one and I have yet not completed 5 years on L1, my company can still apply my L1B immediately when I rejoin. Please advise
