I started job as software engineer II holding master degree one year ago, I try to apply for the EB3/RIR in this May, but the lawyer in our company advise me to delay the application, she said my case would be rejected, because a software engineer II holding master degree is too weak to let Dept of labor to issue LC.
Recently, I found there is a lot of cases of EB3/RIR going through. I wonder if it is a suitable time to apply for GC.
If I was refused by my company, what is next suitable position for me to pursue for GC.
