Need advice on advance parol?

Hi,
My H1B was renewed for another 3 years this october(2002), and my I-485 application is pending for approval(RD 11/30/2001),i urgently need to travel to India, do i need Advance Parol even though i have valid H1B(will be stamped at American Consulate in India when i travel).

Any feedback would be appreciated.
 
I appreciate your comments, no i am not working on EAD.

so it does not matter even though my I-485(highly unlikely taking into consideration the freeze) get approved while i am on vacation.
 
NSC is now working on Aug and Sept cases, so I see it unlikely of your case getting approved this year. If you going only on a short vacation I do not see any issues

This is just my opinion. Please clarify with your lawyer
