Need Advice on 485 Application

Folks, I just got 140 Approval...Here is the question/Scenario:
My wife got the H4-2-H1 recently..started working for a company (No visa stamped on passport, as it is not required). Should I apply for 485 with her H4 or H1 status. If with H1 then does she need to have the H1 Visa Stamped Passport or H4 stamped Passport with H1 papers???
Need inputs Please.....Thanks

She can only hold one and only one non-immigration status. She is
either on H1 or H4, not both. From what you described, she is on
H1, and thus, should file with your I-485 as a dependent on H1.
Visa stamp is not requried if she has not immediate travel plan.
