I have just got my H1B approved in delhi. I was scheduled to leave for US on September as the visa is valid henceforth. Now my employer has assigned me contract work in cyprus for 9 mnths. I am in a dilemma. what wud be my H! status
My wages will be paid by my American Employer. What are the related advantages and disadvantages of this contract work with regards to my visa status and tax liabilities. I have no clue regarding H!B rules and i do not know what i can expect from my employer to maintain my H! status
