I need your valuable advice on my current situation. Iam in the 6th year of H1B. Iam currently working at consulting company A. I have got a new permanent job offer at company B and would like to accept it.
Which is the best time to get transfer and also get extension at the same time?
My H1B 6 years term expires on Oct 2006.
My Labor Priority date is Feb 1st 2005 applied by Company A. 45 day letter is not obtained yet.
