Need advice for H1 for LLC

Hi,

I have a H1B and I am planning to set up a LLC in California. But I have several newby questions:

1/ Since I have a very limited budget, I was wondering if it was easy to start a LLC in Nevada. If I decided to start a foreing LLC (in Nevada), Can I still pretend to have another office in California (my house as office) ?

2/ I want to hire a US citizen to be CEO. will she be able to work for free? if not what is the minimum salary? what are the financial consequences to hire a us citizen?

3/ When I file the LLC tax, do i have to provide any information related to my personal tax?

I am very thankful for anyone who can answer my questions

Thank you Joef for your answer. But the person who will for free is my girlfriend. She won't might doing the administrive paperwork. So can she work for free ?

I thought my question was simple and I don't understand your assumption. I am trying to set up a webdesign LLC were everything will automatic (auto-generation of website, automatic paiement ect...). I am trying to set the system to have a minimum human responsabilities but as you said at http://boards.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=156685, any business need someone to do the paperwork and run the business. And it would be my girlfriend... .I won't work for the company. So i ask again if somebody can be hire as a CEO and be paid $0 or a small salary. I would be really thankfull if you could answer my question.
