NEED ADVICE FOR AC21 RULE for EB1

hello friends,
Is AC21 rule is applied for EB1-EA because I am the petitioner as well as benificiary?
AC21 rule: after I485 filing I have to stay with the current employer for 180 days.

EB1-EA is employer independent....you dont have to apply AC21...after you get EAD.......you can simply move around and work for anyone........BUT IN SAME/SIMILAR FIELD
