I need to get my H1B stamped, I am on a F1->H1B change of status. I am planning to get my visa stamped at Mexico, since Im not able to get a date in India, and need to travel soon.
1. Is is possible to get my Visa stamped at some other country other than India for a change of status stamping?
2. Do you know of any specific cases in Mexico?
Any replies would be really appreciated, since I've booked my date for two weeks from now, and am really worried.
