Hi,

I want to apply for Advance Parole and wanted to get some ideas of explanation wordings.

Here is the situation - my grandmother is quite old and not keeping good health. In addition, I would like to have some flexibility in going to India as well as I would like to visit the Niagra (Canadian side) during the summer.

mucho gracias

hi

dude, keep the canadian niagara out of the picture. AP is for emergencies etc...not for pleasure trips.

Write something brief and compelling...ie applying for advance parole to be able to visit my relatives/family/parents (your pick)who live abroad/africa/india/china (your pick again!) in case of an emergency.
Sincereley
"mucho gracias!!!"

Hi

This should do it

'I am applying for Advance Parole in order to be able to visit my family in Country X. In particular my parents are both elderly and I would like to be able to visit at short notice if either of them were to be become dangerously ill.'

!

no offense, but "critically" would be more appropriate than "dangerously"!!!
PS: unless you are talking about SHC (spontaneous human combustion)....all in good taste guys!!!:D

AP and AOS applicants

It is my info that AP for AOS applicants is issued without any need for a cause. Infact, you skip the sections where you answer this question and go to section 7 from section 3 if you are applying for AP . Anybody thinks otherwise?

u r right & u r wrong

right u skip to part 7 but wrong in the sense that if you read part 7 it asks you to attach a letter/reasons explaining need for AP.
